REPORT: 'Wreck-It Ralph' hits $16 million in Brazil

wreck-it-ralph_1.jpgWalt Disney's video game cartoon Wreck-It Ralph earned $1.43 million over the week for a total of $16.7 million, the film's strongest success in Latin America. Wreck-It Ralph held the #1 spot on the Brazilian charts for its first two weeks of release, only to be recently dethroned by the local comedy De Pernas pro Ar 2. Outside of China, Brazil marks the Disney film's biggest foreign language take, with Russia ($14.7 million), France ($14.3 million) and Mexico ($14.2 million) close behind.
