'The LEGO Movie' Still Tops on Wednesday with $2.67 Million

The LEGO Movie remained top dog on Wednesday with $2.67 million, representing a 25 percent drop from Tuesday and a spectacular 22 percent increase from Wednesday of last week. WB's animated hit has tallied $149 million in its first 13 days, 13 percent ahead of where The Lorax stood at the same point.

Sony's RoboCop remake slid 29 percent from Tuesday to earn $1.25 million yesterday. That figure is down 55 percent from the film's opening day last Wednesday. With $33 million in the bank domestically, the sci-fi reboot is 18 percent off the pace of last year's A Good Day to Die Hard through eight days.

The Monuments Men added $1.05 million on Wednesday, a 27 percent drop from the same day last week. George Clooney's wartime heist drama has grossed $48.94 million through 13 days of release.

About Last Night added $0.89 million to its haul yesterday, marking a 24 percent decline from Tuesday. The rom-com's domestic earnings are up to $29.895 million, 18 percent behind the six-day tally of The Best Man Holiday.

Meanwhile, Endless Love slid 25 percent from Tuesday for a $0.43 million Wednesday as it fell into sixth place behind Frozen. The remake's cume is $15.4 million through six days of release, putting it 56 percent behind the six-day total of last year's Safe House.
