The first full weekend of May is one of the best weekends of the yearmoviegoers have been trained to think of it as the beginning of the Summer season. This year, The Avengers will do some serious damage in the coveted spot. Think of The Avengers as a superhero movie on steroids. The $169 million record-setting opening of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 could very well be in jeopardy.
