APPEALS BOARD UPHOLDS R RATING FOR 'THIS MEANS WAR'

LOS ANGELES - The Classification and Rating Appeals Board today upheld the R rating given to the movie This Means War. The Classification and Rating Administration (CARA) had assigned the movie the R rating for "some sexual content."
In the appeal brought by Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, the Appeals Board heard statements on behalf of This Means War from Ted Gagliano, President, Feature Post Production for Twentieth Century Fox. The Classification and Rating Administration was represented by Chairman Joan Graves.
