Offering the latest in cinema seating, full restaurant dining and 100% Sony 4K digital projection, Hollywood Theaters is fast becoming one of the heavy weights of the cinema exhibition industry. Dedicated to bringing the latest in cinema technology and services to their customers, Hollywood Theaters selected Vista as the operating system for their new cinema concept, at their SouthGlenn Theater in Centennial, Colorado.

As well as installing Vista Box Office and Concessions, Hollywood Theaters has elected to utilize the Vista CashDesk, Kiosk modules and Food and Beverage modules. The Vista CashDesk module provides Hollywood Theaters with a way to more tightly control cash and other valued items such as Gift Cards, Vouchers and Coupons.

Hollywood Theaters has installed 8 kiosks at the SouthGlenn Theater. Kiosks, utilising Vista Kiosk software, are a great way to increase sales and provide customers with an alternate means of ticket and concession purchase (?) or pick up. With customisable seating plans and the ability to display customized graphics beside session times, kiosks are proving to be very popular with Hollywood Theaters' customers.

The new SouthGlenn site is a new cinema concept for Hollywood Theaters. Not only does the site feature 100% reserved and premium balcony seating, the highlight has to be the full service restaurant and bar located in the heart of the complex. The SkyboX Bar & Grill is a full service restaurant and bar that provides customers with a relaxing environment to enjoy a meal before their movie. Patrons are also able to experience in-theater service in the Premiere Cinema balcony seating areas (available in 6 of the 14 auditoriums), where their food and beverage orders are brought to their seats.

Hollywood Theaters' SouthGlenn Stadium 14 cinema went live in November 2009, with Vista representatives from our Los Angeles office assisting with the installation.
