Star of the television show has low opinion of adaptation

Mr. T Pities the 'A-Team' Movie

on June 08, 2010

First he refused to do a cameo, and now Mr. T has some unkind words about The A-Team.

"People die in the film and there's plenty of sex but when we did it, no one got hurt and it was all played for fun and family entertainment. These seem to be elements nobody is interested in anymore," says the actor.

"It was too graphic for me. I've no doubt it will do big business at the box office but it's nothing like the show we turned out every week."

Mr. T played B.A. Baracus in the original show. His shoes have been filled by Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson in the film version.
