Bruce Willis, Edward Norton, Bill Murray, Frances McDormand and Tilda Swinton are all reportedly circling roles in the latest project from idiosyncratic auteur Wes Anderson called Moon Rise Kingdom. The project will go in front of cameras by late next spring.
The film, which is set in 1960s New England, follows two young adults who fall in love and run away. Various residents of their town then decide to search for them.
Anderson has never been a major presence at the box office, but his prestige attracts A-list talent.
