(Los Angeles, CA, February 14, 2013) -Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM) today announced Laura A. Sok has been appointed to Director of Theatrical Publicity. Ms. Sok will report to Jeff Reichert, Cinedigm's Vice President of Theatrical Marketing.
Prior to this appointment, Sok was director of national and regional publicity for Oscilloscope Laboratories, where she led and executed consumer public relations campaigns for theatrical releases including Shut Up and Play the Hits and Samsara, the studio's highest-grossing theatrical film to date, among other features. Her previous professional experience includes national publicity roles at Relativity Media, IFC Films and New Line Cinema, where she contributed to a diverse group of film campaigns for leading studio, foreign, documentary and independent releases.
