Universal's Furious 7 took in $3.64 million on Monday to lead the daily box office with ease for an eleventh straight day. The well-received seventh installment of the blockbuster franchise featuring Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson and the late Paul Walker was down 76 percent from Sunday and down 74 percent from last Monday. With spring break and Easter now both behind us, midweek grosses in general came back down to Earth on Monday. Furious 7 has grossed a massive $255.16 million in eleven days. That already makes Furious 7 the highest grossing film of The Fast and The Furious franchise domestically. The film is running an extremely impressive 47 percent ahead of the $173.97 million eleven-day take of 2013's Fast & Furious 6 and 1 percent ahead of the $253.01 million eleven-day gross of 2012's The Hunger Games.

Fox's The Longest Ride placed in second with $0.804 million. The Nicholas Sparks adaptation starring Britt Robertson and Scott Eastwood fell 69 percent from Sunday's performance. The Longest Ride has grossed $13.82 million in four days, which is on the low end of expectations. Compared to other Nicholas Sparks adaptations, The Longest Ride is running 29 percent ahead of the $10.68 million four-day start of last year's The Best of Me and 42 percent below the $23.97 million four-day take of 2012's The Lucky One.

Fellow Fox release Home claimed third place with $0.735 million. The successful 3D computer animated film from DreamWorks Animation fell 85 percent from Sunday and a very sharp 84 percent from last Monday. Home continues to exceed expectations in a big way with $129.82 million in 18 days. That places the film 3 percent ahead of the $126.32 million 18-day gross of 2013's The Croods.

Warner's Get Hard took fourth place with $0.658 million. The R-rated comedy starring Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart was down 67 percent from Sunday and down a very respectable 52.5 percent from last Monday. Get Hard has grossed $71.44 million in 18 days, which is towards the lower end of pre-release expectations.

Woman In Gold rounded out Monday's top five with $0.502 million. The drama from The Weinstein Company starring Helen Mirren and Ryan Reynolds was down 61 percent from Sunday. That represented one of the day's stronger daily percentage holds among wide releases. The 13-day total for Woman In Gold stands at a solid $9.44 million.

SEE IT AT CINEMACON 2015, BGW BOOTH #2803

Montebello, CA, April 14, 2015. BGW Systems, a division of Amplifier Technologies, Inc. has announced installation of the first VXi Series Immersive Sound power amplifiers at Classic Cinemas 10 in Elk Grove Village, IL. Classic selected the BGW VXi because of its unique ultra-performance design that has previously only been affordable for price insensitive audiophile applications.

The BGW VXi is the first cinema amplifier that is fully balanced differential, from input all the way to the loudspeakers. Its Class AB operation with fully linear power supplies and ultra-low distortion ThermalTrakTM output transistors was previously not economically feasible for cinema use. Now, new components and circuitry have resulted in a significant reduction in cost over similar high performance amplifiers.

Alan Gilbertson, Classic Cinemas' chief of technical services, said "We have been installing BGW's for several decades because of superior audio quality, but I could hear the improvement with the VXi immediately. Dialog has never been so clear."

Morris Kessler, president of BGW/ATI and designer of the VXi said, "This amp is a game changer for cinema audio. It has superior clarity, is twice as fast with twice the dynamic range, impossible to overdrive and dead quiet. These are performance characteristics of the expensive high end home theater amplifiers ATI produces, but the BGW VXi is cost competitive with the digital switching amplifiers used in today's cinemas."

The VXi can be configured with 16 x 200W, 8 x 400W, 4 x 800W channels or combinations to total 3200W per chassis. Featuring current feedback and dual DC servos, signal-to-noise ratio approaches a staggering 128 dB, slew rate is greater than 60V/uSec and damping factor greater than 400.

John F. Allen, High Performance Stereo founder and president, responsible for assisting in the design and installation of the BGW VXi in the HPS-4000® sound systems at Classic's Elk Grove Cinema 10 said, "HPS is proud to be the very first to use balanced differential power amplifiers in modern cinema sound systems, and will use the VXi Series exclusively in all future HPS-4000 installations. In addition to stunning music and effects, they deliver the clearest dialog we've ever had." He added that the first complete cinema complex to be entirely equipped with these amplifiers will be the R/C Theatres Lexington Exchange Movies 12, opening later this year in California, MD.

Attendees at CinemaCon 2015 can see the VXi Immersive Sound power amplifiers in the BGW booth, #2803 in the Augustus Ballroom at Caesars Palace, April 21-23.

About BGW Systems: BGW is a division of Amplifier Technologies, Inc., Montebello, CA. which ATI acquired in 2003. During that period, thousands of BGW amplifiers were purchased by Universal. Many are still in use today in Universal Studios' theme parks.
In its 40+ years, Amplifier Technologies has become one of the leading OEM suppliers of high end consumer and professional amplifiers for several of the audio industry's largest manufacturers. ATI specializes in the design and manufacture of balanced-differential amplifiers. Minimal Slow-down from Record-Breaking First Weekend

Los Angeles, CA (April 14, 2015)- As Furious 7 continued to set records around the country with its second weekend's performance, the country's first 4DX theater located at the Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium 14 set the pace with its own high-octane numbers for its second week.

In its second weekend on 4DX, the premier immersive movie experience incorporating fluid motion-seating and realistic environmental effects, Furious 7 clocked in at an amazing 94% weekend occupancy rate - numbers more typical of a blockbuster's opening weekend. This pace extends Furious 7's hot streak on 4DX, which closed out its first weekend with over 98% occupancy and then continued the first week with a 90% average occupancy rate across all 4DX. In its second week on 4DX, Furious 7 showed only a minor 22% drop in overall revenue - far smaller than the national average 59% drop rate - primarily due to the loss of late-night screenings.

"Movie-goers enthusiastically chose to visit 4DX to experience Furious 7 in a unique setting that allows you to experience every explosion and be in the driver seat for every adrenaline-pumping scene," said Byunghwan Choi, CEO of CJ 4Dplex, the company behind 4DX.

Meanwhile worldwide, 4DX has seen more than 330,000 movie goers clamor to experience Furious 7 in the 4DX immersive format in 25 countries around the world, including the U.S., recording approximately 70% average seat occupancy rates system-wide, the highest of any 4DX title so far this year.

About 4DX:
