KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Regal Entertainment Group ("Regal") (NYSE: RGC) announced today that, Regal Cinemas Corporation ("Regal Cinemas"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Regal, entered into a sixth amended and restated credit agreement (the "Amended Senior Credit Facility"), which amends, restates and refinances its fifth amended and restated credit agreement (the "Prior Senior Credit Facility"). The Amended Senior Credit Facility consists of a term loan facility in an aggregate principal amount of $1,250.0 million with a final maturity date in November 2016 and a revolving credit facility in an aggregate principal amount of $85.0 million with a final maturity date in May 2015. Proceeds of the term loan under the Amended Senior Credit Facility were applied to refinance the term loan under the Prior Senior Credit Facility, which had an aggregate principal balance of approximately $1,262.1 million. No amounts have been drawn on the revolving credit facility under the Amended Senior Credit Facility.

Hollywood, CA - D&E Entertainment in association with Banger Films, Anthem Entertainment and Zoe Vision proudly announce the documentary film Rush: Beyond The Lighted Stage will receive its US Digital Cinema theatrical campaign starting on June 10.

Directors Sam Dunn and Scot McFadyen (Metal: A Headbanger's Journey, Iron Maiden: Flight 666) embark on a comprehensive exploration of this extraordinary power trio, from their early days in Toronto, through each of their landmark albums, to the present day. Featuring never-before-seen archival footage and interviews with notables such as Jack Black, Billy Corgan, Trent Reznor, Taylor Hawkins (Foo Fighters), Kirk Hammett (Metallica) and Gene Simmons, this film explores the forty-year career and phenomenon behind what could be the world's biggest cult band.

Gemma Arterton (Prince of Persia) is reportedly the leading candidate to replace Megan Fox in Transformers 3. Meanwhile, Fox's camp is trying to spin things by releasing the following statement: "It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best."

Shia LaBeouf will have a new love interest in Transformers 3. Paramount will not pick up Megan Fox's option, and it is reportedly mostly Michael Bay's decision. The film is already pegged for July 1, 2011 release date.

Losing Fox probably won't have a negative impact on the film's receipts. There are plenty of Hollywood starlets who would kill to be part of such a lucrative property. At the very least, Bay should be able to find someone who doesn't compare him to Hitler.
