Centennial, CO and Ashland, OR -- National CineMedia (NCM), a leading integrated media company reaching U.S. consumers in movie theaters, online and through mobile technology, has entered into a network affiliate agreement with Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc., an Oregon-based cinema chain, for the presentation of cinema advertising and NCM Fathom Entertainment and Business events in theaters.

Under the terms of the exclusive multi-year agreement, 20 Coming Attractions Theatres with 157 screens in Alaska, California, Oregon and Washington will join the NCM Cinema Network beginning in October of 2011. Coming Attractions Theatres has an estimated annual attendance of over three million patrons.

In addition to exclusively presenting NCM's FirstLook pre-feature program, select Coming Attractions Theatres locations will also present NCM Fathom's live and pre-recorded in-theater entertainment and corporate events.

Coming Attractions Theatres' website is also a part of the NCM Interactive Network Portfolio of Sites, made up of 43 select movie and entertainment sites delivering over 51 million unduplicated unique users. NCM's Interactive Network is the largest portfolio of moviegoer websites and Smartphone applications, offering 360-degree integrated marketing opportunities in combination with cinema to engage patrons at every step of the movie-going process.

Prior to that role, Mr. Rodriguez held a series of positions of increasing responsibility across a wide range of operating roles in the corporate office, and prior to that in the South Division of AMC. Mr. Rodriguez holds an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University and an undergraduate degree from Eckerd College.

Peter A. Nelson and Arthur F. Starrs III, Rave's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively, who have served as interim Co-CEOs, will continue in their roles as COO and CFO now that a permanent chief executive has been selected by the Rave Board of Directors.
