Three industry leaders got together to successfully demonstrate a coin-less, ticket-less, card swipe, unattended redemption solution to the movie theater industry in Las Vegas, NV April 21st - 23rd. Embed displayed their industry first emONE card system vendor, Benchmark Games provided the its prize delivery system Prize Station and a Monster Drop Single and Tricorp Amusements, a Nationwide Amusement Service Provider to the Theater industry, offered an invaluable amount of operating experiences with both the Embed system and Prize Station products.

Tricorp representatives Chuck Pietz (President ) and Joe Ingui (EVP -Business Dev.) capped off the product demonstration with the financial and guest satisfaction benefits of this new innovative redemption solution, which by the way, is based on the professional experience of operating these systems in major theaters across the country. Universal's Furious 7 took in $1.16 million on Monday to remain in first place at the daily box office. The seventh installment of the blockbuster franchise featuring Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson and the late Paul Walker was down 74 percent from Sunday and down 43 percent from last Monday. Furious 7 has grossed a massive $321.24 million in 25 days. That places the film a very impressive 45.5 percent ahead of the $220.80 million 25-day take of 2013's Fast & Furious 6.

Lionsgate's The Age of Adaline claimed second place with $0.91 million. The romantic drama starring Blake Lively declined 68 percent from Sunday's performance. The Age of Adaline has grossed $14.12 million in four days of release. That is on the high end of pre-release expectations and places the film 2 percent ahead of the $13.82 million four-day start of The Longest Ride earlier this month.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 placed in third with $0.62 million. Sony's modestly budgeted Kevin James led comedy sequel fell 83 percent from Sunday and a sizable 51 percent from last Monday. Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 continues to run in line with expectations with a solid eleven-day take of $43.84 million. That places the film 1 percent behind the $44.23 million eleven-day gross of 2011's Zookeeper.

A24's Ex Machina finished in fourth with an estimated $0.50 million. The critically acclaimed Alex Garland directed sci-fi film was down 64 percent from Sunday. Ex Machina has grossed a promising $7.33 million through 18 days of release. The film is currently running 49 percent ahead of the recent $4.91 million 18-day gross of It Follows.

Unfriended rounded out Monday's top five with $0.39 million. Universal's ultra low-budget horror film fell 71 percent from Sunday and 53 percent from last Monday. Unfriended has grossed $25.46 million in eleven days. That places the film 28 percent behind the $35.57 million eleven-day take of last year's Ouija.

ultron.pngThe official release: reports that North American advance ticket sales for Marvel's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" are currently 3.7 times greater than the 2012 release of "The Avengers" and 4.6 times greater than the 2013 release of "Iron Man 3" at the same point in the sales cycle of each respective film.

The May 1st release is also trending #1 for with 84% of all tickets sold in the last 24 hours being from moviegoers wanting to see the Avengers assemble again.
