Chloe Moretz has signed on to star in Hick, a coming-of-age tale from director Derick Martini.

Moretz is on fire since her scene-stealing performance in Kick-Ass. The young actress will be seen later this year in Let Me In, a remake of the Swedish vampire tale, Let the Right One. She's also going to work with Martin Scorsese on The Invention of Hugo Cabret, which will mark the legendary director's first trip into the world of 3D.

Moretz has decidedly replaced Dakota Fanning, who is now going after mature roles, as the young girl with acting chops that directors flock to.

Paul Rudd will take on the lead role in My Idiot Brother for director Jesse Peretz (Important Things with Demetri Martin). The project focuses on a man who, "crashes into the homes of his three ambitious sisters and, in succession, brings truth, happiness and a sunny disposition into their lives while also wreaking havoc."

Rudd is at the top of his game right now. This summer, he has Dinner for Schmucks with Steve Carell and Zach Galifianakis. The Paramount release is bound to do solid business.

Sunday Morning Update: Even though its domestic numbers aren't anything spectacular, Sex and the City 2 is doing well abroad. The sequel raked in a solid $27.6 million from 17 countries.

Saturday Morning Update:
Sex and the City was able to bring in only $13 million on Friday, pushing its total to an estimated $27.2 million.

Friday Morning Update: Warner Bros. reports that Sex and the City 2 made $14.20 million on Thursday.

Tikahtnu Stadium 16 & IMAX will host preview events with $2 movies for three full days to benefit local charities. The cinema's official grand opening will be Friday, June 11 with first-run features including The A-Team, The Karate Kid and Shrek Forever After: An IMAX 3D Experience. "Regal Tikahtnu Stadium 16 will include the very first IMAX theatre to be built in the state of Alaska. "Our new theatre also features all-digital projection capable of RealD 3D presentations. Regal Entertainment Group chose the Tikahtnu Commons development to be the site of our latest state-of-the-art entertainment facility."

Regal Tikahtnu Stadium 16 will feature a new IMAX(R) theatre utilizing a specially-designed screen that is slightly curved and moved forward to immerse the audience. The IMAX screen at Tikahtnu Commons stretches more than 70-feet wide. The IMAX Experience(R) is further enhanced by a crystal-clear digital surround sound system. Regal's IMAX theatre will also offer IMAX 3D(R) when filmmakers choose to integrate 3D images into their movies. Future IMAX releases: Toy Story 3 in 3D(6/18),The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (6/30) and Inception (7/16).

The new theatre is modern in every way, equipped with RealD(R) 3D to provide true-to-life 3D. RealD is a new generation of digital 3D, giving moviegoers a stunningly realistic movie experience that engages the imagination, activates the senses and invites the audience not only to watch a film, but also step inside the story. Upcoming Digital 3D movies include: Toy Story 3 (6/18),Despicable Me (7/9) and Cats and Dogs: Revenge of Kitty Galore (7/30).

The 16 screen theatre covers approximately 72,000 square feet and includes more than 3,000 seats.
