The film, narrated by Hugh Jackman, chronicles the inspiring, logic-defying, yet true story of Yunus' idea to bring his model of micro-lending to the United States and depicts the millions of lives it has changed in the process. The panel discussion was taped on March 9th in New York. It addresses the monetary issues raised in the film and will explore innovative solutions to today's most pressing financial challenges.

Dr. Muhammad Yunus, known as the "father of modern microfinance," is a Bangladeshi economist and founder of the Grameen Bank, an institution that provides microcredit to help its clients establish creditworthiness and financial self-sufficiency. Dr. Yunus is also a 2006 recipient of the Nobel Prize for Peace.

Hong Kong -- GDC Technology ("GDC"), a world leading digital cinema solution provider, is delighted to announce that its Integrated Media Block (IMB) has been officially awarded the Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 140-2 Level 3 validation certificate. The certification was awarded by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), a non-regulatory federal agency within the US Department of Commerce, after a recommendation made by InfoGard Laboratories, an accredited Cryptographic Module Testing Laboratory under Lab Code 100432-0 of the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program.

GDC is the very first digital cinema equipment manufacturer to receive such an accolade for IMB and meets DCI security requirement. Obtaining FIPS Level 3 certification means that GDC's IMB meets the highest level of DCI security requirements for protection against malicious hacking, infringement and theft of digital content. FIPS are security standards developed by the NIST covering detailed specifications for physical and mechanical design, electronic circuitry, software, interfaces, and computer algorithms.

"The FIPS 140-2 Level 3 validation entails a rigorous and complex testing process that scrutinizes the security design and implementation," said Ken Kolstad, General Manager, InfoGard Laboratories. On March 30, James Cameron, Jeffrey Katzenberg, George Lucas and Chris Meledandri (Despicable Me) will sit down for a panel discussion about digital cinema at CinemaCon, the exhibition convention being held in Las Vegas from March 28-March 31.

In 2005, Cameron and Lucas appeared on stage together at the conventionthen called ShoWestto discuss digital 3D.

The following morning Cameron is also scheduled to host an event about frame rates.

Morristown, NJ -- Cinedigm Digital Cinema (NASDAQ: CIDM) and B&B Theatres Operating Company, Inc. announced today that UniqueScreen Media, Inc. (the cinema advertising subsidiary of Cinedigm) will be B&B Theatres' exclusive agent for in-theatre and web-based advertising services. Terms of the long-term agreement are not being disclosed.

Celebrating its 87th year in business, B&B Theatres operates 30 movie theatres with over 200 auditoriums throughout Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas and Florida. Last October B&B opened a state-of-the-art, all-digital theatre in Wildwood, Missouri, complete with two Marquee Suites auditoriums catering exclusively to the over-21 movie patron.

Unique Screen Media performs cinema and web-based advertising services for over 50 independent movie exhibition partners, representing more than 2,500 theatre auditoriums in over 280 theatres throughout 35 states.

In related activities, UniqueScreen Media also announced the expansion of its cinema advertising network to include agreements with Gateway Film Center, Wheelersburg Cinema, 360 Entertainment LLC, Canaltown Cinema LLC, H2H, Inc., and Virginia Motion Pictures, and the addition of seven locations through expansion by its existing exhibitor partners since October of 2010. In aggregate, these activities represent an additional growth in excess of 100 screens under contract.
