New York, NY - Screenvision, the leading innovator in cinema advertising has partnered exclusively with the Wrigley brand to bring the first ever 3-D ad to cinema beginning May 1st. This exclusive partnership extends Screenvision's focus to create 360 degree entertainment experiences for consumers and marketers alike. Already the 3-D in-lobby leader for advertisers, Screenvision will now also be the 3-D in-theatre leader with the launch of its first ever on screen 3-D ad.

Screenvision's Programming Network will make the 3-D Skittles spot available through its exhibitor partners across the country with coverage in all of the top 10 DMAs. The 3-D ad will run for a five week period beginning May 1st on 762 3-D screens in 461 Screenvision represented theatres.

The new facility will be named Regal Seminole Trail Stadium 9 reflecting the addition of stadium seating in all auditoriums, new high-back recliner seats, new lobby, new entrance, new rest rooms and the expansion of five additional screens. Toronto, Ontario: Cineplex Entertainment Limited Partnership ("Cineplex") announced today it has completed its previously announced plan to acquire Onsite Media Network Inc. ("Onsite") through a shareholder approved Plan of Arrangement. Onsite is an Alberta-based digital signage network company that broadcasts advertising and custom content to premium office towers and sports stadiums across Canada. The total transaction value is approximately $1.7 million.

The Onsite network includes a sports stadium network with 1,000 screens located at GM Place (Vancouver), Pengrowth Saddledome (Calgary), Rexall Place (Edmonton), Scotiabank Place (Ottawa) as well as a high-rise office tower network which features approximately 200 screens located in public concourses and food courts throughout 22 office towers in major metropolitan areas. Encompassing marquee properties in Toronto's vibrant PATH system, high profile locations along Calgary's PLUS 15 walkways, and Ottawa's downtown core, the Onsite networks will add more than 120 million annual impressions to the current Cineplex Media offerings.

Knoxville, Tennessee - Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC), a leading motion picture exhibitor owning and operating the largest theatre circuit in the United States, today announced fiscal first quarter 2009 results and declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per common share.

Total revenues for the first quarter ended April 2, 2009 were $665.6 million compared to total revenues of $626.8 million for the first quarter of 2008. Net income was $21.3 million in the first quarter of 2009 compared to a net income of $27.5 million in the first quarter of 2008, which included a $1.8 million after-tax loss on debt extinguishment. Diluted earnings per share was $0.14 for the first quarter of 2009 compared to $0.17 during the first quarter of 2008.

Regal's Board of Directors also today declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per Class A and Class B common shares, payable on June 16, 2009, to stockholders of record on June 4, 2009. The Company intends to pay a regular quarterly dividend for the foreseeable future at the discretion of the Board of Directors depending on available cash, anticipated cash needs, overall financial condition, loan agreement restrictions, future prospects for earnings and cash flows as well as other relevant factors.

"A strong film slate produced record box office results in January and February leading to solid total revenue and Adjusted EBITDA during the first quarter of 2009," stated Mike Campbell, CEO of Regal Entertainment Group.
