BOCA RATON, Fla., July 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Continuing its domestic expansion plan, iPic® Entertainment (“iPic” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ : IPIC ), creators and founders of iPic® Theaters and Tuck Hospitality Group Restaurants, announced the signing of a lease in Irvine, Calif., the brand’s third location in Southern California. A 310-seat luxury iPic® theater including a bar/restaurant is planned to open at LBA Realty’s premier mixed-use office campus, Park Place, next year. The theater will serve as an anchor tenant replacing the former Sport Chalet and adjacent restaurant space located at 2983 Michelson Dr, Irvine, CA 92612.

City Perch Kitchen + Bar, the bar/restaurant component of iPic®’s site at Park Place, will be designed by iPic® Entertainment COO Sherry Yard – an acclaimed three-time James Beard Award-winning Chef. The new iPic® at Park Place will bring a luxurious theatrical escape with six auditoriums and seating between 35 and 60 in an intimate setting.
